Psalm 104: “God cares for the earth”
Here are some ways to nurture faith at home based on this week’s story. For preschool children, use the “For families” page in the Early Childhood leaflet. (1) Read Psalm 104:24–28. Imagine God opening a hand to feed all the creatures of the earth and sea. (2) Draw one of the animals mentioned in the psalm. (3) What is an example of God’s greatness?
Did you know? Cedar trees of Lebanon were used to build Solomon’s temple and ships for Egyptian pharaohs.
Prayer for the week: God, our world depends on you. Remind us that our lives belong to you as well. Amen.
